Gallblader Do You Need To Remove A Gallblader With Evidence Of Small Stones And Sludge And No Wall Thickening.?

Do you need to remove a gallblader with evidence of small stones and sludge and no wall thickening.? - gallblader

My husband had an ultrasound because he was suffering from abdominal pain, and small stones in the gallbladder and sludge. It is only 30 years old and not overweight. We heard the removal of the gallbladder is very bad bcoz leakage of bile into the intestine and is constantly hungry. We are very confused and would like to know if there is a natural solution to this problem.
